What utilites does Meredith Management pay for, and what do I cover?

• Meredith Management covers the cost of water/sewage/trash for select apartment buildings. Some may also include free heat and hot water. Tenant normally pays for electricity and gas for cooking. Please contact us for exact details.

Can I bring my pet?

• Some properties allow pets if they are under 35 lbs at full maturity (ie. an 8 pound great dane puppy doesn't count)

What is the typical parking situation?

• Meredith Management uses a decaled parking system, with a majority of the properties providing off-street parking.

What about laundry?

• Some of the units have their own washer/dryer; but if not, there are laundry rooms on the premises.

Will the unit have a patio?

• Select Meredith Management properties do include patios and/or decks.

Is there extra storage space?
